Dr Stephanie Pommerel trained in Queensland’s metro and inner regional areas after graduating from University of Queensland with Doctor of Medicine in 2019. She continues to work in Bribie Island and Woodford, Queensland.

Dr Stephanie enjoys all aspects of family medicine, from cradle to grave, particularly children’s and adolescent health, women’s, reproductive and relationship health, and psychological wellbeing. Dr Stephanie trained in Focused Psychological Strategies through the Australian Society for Psychological Medicine, and continues to actively engage in their Professional Peer Reflection Groups.

Dr Stephanie holds post-graduate qualifications in Women’s Health, Children’s Health, and Health Promotion, and is trained in Family & Sexual Violence. In 2022, Dr Stephanie founded Honour Yo’self (www.honouryoself.com.au) – resources developed for young women as they transition through puberty, and worked as a GP in High Schools (2023).
