The General Practice Mental Health Standards Collaboration (GPMHSC) accredits Level 1 and level 2 Mental Health Training, and hosts a list of accredited trainings including the ASPM Level 2 training and FPS-CPD trainings.
The GPMHSC sets the standards and accredits GP training and education in mental health.
Completion of GPMHSC accredited training gives GPs access to mental health item numbers under the Medicare Benefits Schedule (Better Access) initiative.
The GPMHSC develops resources and materials to support GPs in provision of mental health services.
